Here's a brief overview of what you can expect from the course:

Module 1: Bye, Bye Burnout 

Ever find yourself still tired after a break?  Then it’s probably time to learn the difference between rest and rejuvenation! Our bodies are so wise and in this first module, you'll learn how to use body scans to better connect with the wisdom inside.  We will share how to identify signs of burnout and how to support yourself better so that you can feel better. You'll discover the importance of self-care and develop a personalized plan to enhance your well-being.

Module 2: Calming Emotional Turbulence

With the emotion wheel you got a taste of what it’s like to name and navigate your emotions. Module 2 builds on those insights and goes further in helping you manage your emotions. You will learn what’s happening in your brain when you can't think straight and how to deal with that mental hijack. We talk about how to approach the uncertainty that is prevalent in our lives (and unfortunately not going away), and even how to relax into self compassion. I am hoping that by the end of this module, you will experience a great exhale and feel equipped for the challenges of everyday living.

Module 3: Unstuck AF

Finally, so many clients come to me because they feel stuck, so In the final module, I provide you with ways to gain clarity, manage your priorities and figure out your next right step. You'll get tools to set goals in the areas of your life that matter to you and design a life that aligns with your vision for yourself.

Each module includes videos of me sharing insights, hand-picked guidances, and practice sheets with activities all designed to facilitate your journey. These resources are accessible through our online platform, making it easy for you to learn at your own pace and return to the materials as needed.
